Vintage Buckingham Fountain Chicago, Illinois 4" Ashtray w/ Conrad Hilton Hotel

Description

Offered for sale is a 4” diameter Buckingham Fountain ashtray - Chicago, ILL.  The image features the fountain with the world famous Conrad Hilton Hotel seen to the right of the fountain in the background.  The ceramic pottery ashtray has gold accents.  There are 3 indents for resting cigarettes molded into the circumference.  The back of the ashtray has a built up edge to sit on.  This edge has pottery chips as shown.  Additionally, there is a faded unreadable foil tag on the back that used to say, “Made in Japan”.  Based on the background, I would guess that the ashtray is circa 1950’s.  The souvenir ashtray is a nice vintage Chicago collectible.
