Rare Framed 3-D Souvenir Plaque "Prudential Building Chicago" Monument Japan

This is extremely RARE! Not another for sale or has sold in the past 10 years that I could find! This is a hidden treasure that a collector brought in for us to help him sell! Great piece in great condition! It is a little dusty & some patina on the brass. Only small minor imperfections if any like a scratch or mark. Looks like the structures are antique brass attached to a wood background. The frame is either wood or a type of resin/composite made to look like wood. Very lightweight. Stamp on the back says Made in Japan. I believe this may be from the 1950s or earlier. Plaque measures: 7"H x 5"W. Building itself is with the lightning rod is 5.5"H x 3.5"W. Great RARE find!!!
