This is Volume 1 Number 3 of a cut down version of the Employee Magazine that started in 1921. An off shoot of the World War Two need for materials for the War effort was an extreme hit to the Elgin company's profits. Hence this 4 page newspaper versus a 32 page magazine. At any time on ebay one can see 25 plus examples of the magazines. This is the only newspaper currently on ebay (as of Oct 2020).
